YAZ is one of the most popular oral contraceptives on the market today. YAZ Side Effects Lawsuits

In 2009, a settlement was reached between 27 different states and the FDA as plaintiffs and Bayer (the manufacturer of YAZ) for a lawsuit filed against Bayer for potentially deceptive marketing regarding YAZ and its side effects. As a part of this settlement, Bayer agreed to amend its advertising campaign to be clearer and to provide a more detailed list of potential side effects from this popular oral contraceptive.
